Easy (& Healthy!) Halloween Treats!
This week Simply Kitchens have been getting into the spirit of Halloween! Holidays such as Halloween, Easter and Christmas are great for getting kids (and grown ups) to be creative in the kitchen..... and it doesn't always have to be as unhealthy as you think!
Halloween is upon us and it's not without it's fair share of sweet treats and chocolate. It can sometimes be difficult to find a happy medium between creating some fun halloween snacks and overloading on "scary" amounts of sugary treats, especially when there are kids in the mix!
We have been taking a look at some alternative Halloween goodies which are much easier on the waistline and teeth!
These spooky fruity bites will really look the part at any Halloween party and you can enjoy them whilst getting a good helping of your 5 a day!
Try bananas and chocolate drops for creating these perfect little ghouls!
Or how about some tangerines or clementines, with a celery or pretzel stalk to create these perfect little pumpkins!
