Our Nathan meets TV Chef, James Martin.
Here's what Nathan had to say about his experience: "It was great to spend time with James, he made us feel very welcome and he was a decent entertainer; striking the perfect balance between teaching and injecting his dry humour into our session. The recipes were fairly challenging, in particular the cinnamon and goats milk sauce for our pudding! It proved to be a little too much for me, resulting in two ‘boil overs’."
Nathan went on to say, "Although I made more than a couple of mistakes during the cooking, I was overall happy with my food. By the time we sat down for dinner with James, I was ravenous, and the fruits of my labour barely touched the sides. All in all it was a fabulous experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody who loves to cook and likes James Martin’s work."
