Covid-19 Policy

We continue to work within Government guidelines regarding Covid-19 in the workplace and when working in your home.

All our staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Before arriving at your home, in order to minimise the risk for all parties, you will be asked to confirm if anyone in the house is self-isolating or vulnerable.

·      We will maintain social distancing and appropriate hygiene during our visit.

·      We will wear face coverings if you specifically ask us to.

·      We won’t enter your home if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating unless the work is an emergency.

o   We will ask you to keep internal doors to the work area closed and that you keep the area well ventilated where possible.

o   We will ask you to stay in another part of your home while we carry out the work.

·      We won’t go into your home if we are displaying Covid-19 symptoms, until we have received confirmation of a negative PCR test result.

·      We won’t go into your home if we have tested positive for Covid-19 until the 10 day isolation period is complete.

It is important that you advise us as soon as possible should you or anyone in your household develop symptoms or test positive for Covid-19 during any stage of our time in your home.

If this happens, we will also get PCR tests done as a precaution.

We can only operate within Government guidelines and everyone’s safety is our primary concern.

Please refer to the NHS website for guidance on when you should Self-Isolate.
