The experience of having a new kitchen installed was made as stress free as possible by all the staff we dealt with at Simply Kitchens. They ensured that there was clear communication with us at every stage of the process, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the workmanship by Mark, the fitter, is excellent and we are very happy with our new kitchen. Simply Kitchens is a very professional company and we highly recommend them.

From start to finish their customer service was exceptional. From the initial visit to the showroom we were made to feel welcome. From the outset to finish our designer Abi guided us through all the stages - we can't recommend her highly enough.
The same can be said for the installation team who carried out fitting our quality units and flooring professionally, within the time scales projected and any queries we had were skilfully answered.

Luckily we were able to match exactly the colour and the handles. Abi came out and gave us an idea of what it would look like. Then we accepted the quote and everything was ordered and installed before we knew it.

I cannot speak highly enough of Simply Kitchens. Abi was a pleasure to deal with throughout, providing lots of great advice and being really patient as we adapted areas of our design. Steve was fantastic throughout in addressing any issues, and pops out pre and post installation to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any time there was a question or query somebody was on hand to respond, no waiting in queues or dealing with different people each time.
There is a really personal touch to the service provided and you can tell that Nathan (owner) and his team genuinely care about the service they provide to customers. The quality of the Kitchen is also first class, you can really tell the difference between a Simply Kitchens range and that of competitors, this is high quality and built to last.
Lastly, Kyle did a fantastic job of fitting the kitchen. He arrived early each day and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard.
We are delighted with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend Simply Kitchens to anybody.

It was particularly gratifying the way the designer catered to the needs of my wife’s physical limitations with comparative ease and she is extremely pleased with the end result. Whilst not a necessary requirement we would have preferred the wall skim to have extended to the floor behind the units but overall the project was an unquestionable success.

A huge thank you to Nathan, Abi and Lee who have been absolutely brilliant. They are so professional. I made the huge mistake of ordering my kitchen through another company, one that I had used for a new kitchen 4 years ago on a previous property, who were fantastic at the time and we were so impressed by the results. However this time around, I have had nothing but problems and 6 weeks after taking delivery, I am having so many issues with damaged and faulty parts.
I used Simply Kitchens to purchase all my appliances, as they are a Miele agent and the service I have received has been nothing short of exceptional from Nathan and Abi especially. Nathan warned me at point of order, that there could be supply issues due to COVID etc however their dogged determination dealing with Miele, to get things delivered has been superb, keeping me regularly updated at all times.
If only I had ordered my kitchen through them!

This is the third time we have used Simply Kitchen for our requirements, first a Utility room, then our chalet in Cornwall and now our family home in Plymouth. We didn't even look at using any other company to install our new kitchen. We had a vision on what we wanted and Abi, helped us achieve this. Many a dark winter day was had emailing back and forth as I tweaked the design and nothing was too much trouble. Abi put together a sample of the colours of the units, worktop and handles, which look perfect. The customer service from the first call to the sign off is impeccable and we were kept informed every step of the way, as we moved out whilst the works were carried out. Thank you.
