CANCELLATION NOTICE

Please note that only sales made over the phone or the internet (ie not face to face) qualify for this Right to Cancel.

Sales placed with us in person have their own Termination clause within our Terms & Conditions (above). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It is our aim that no customer should ever require this document, but we are duty bound to supply it. Life is never perfect but we strive to do our best and will always work with you to resolve any problem.

Complaints Policy -As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality service and reliable goods to all our customers, if something goes wrong we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. The majority of matters can be dealt with as they arise by the staff concerned.

We are committed to ensuring that complaints will be investigated quickly, fully and fairly. Our customers must be confident that we take complaints seriously and feel that they are able to make a complaint with ease and that during any investigation, our customers are listened to, respected and kept informed at all times. Any deficiency in our working practices found following the investigation of a complaint will be acted upon as soon as possible.
