Do I need an appointment?

No, having an appointment is not needed. We’ve tried to make visiting our showroom room as easy as possible, so impromptu or unplanned visits can almost always be catered for. However, booking an appointment in advance does come with its benefits.

Booking a slot will ensure our expert team of designers will be prepared and available for you - especially during busy periods where customers who book appointments are prioritised.

What if I only want to browse at this stage?

That’s fine! We’re not here for the ‘hard sell’, we are here to support you. Designing and installing a new kitchen comes with big decisions, so we understand it can take time and a lot of deliberation.

All our staff are very well trained and will offer a personalised service that fits your needs. We won’t hover over you and we won’t push you into anything, it’s not our style. We promise to give you the time and space you need, and we’ll offer expert advice as and when you ask for it.

Can I just get someone to come out and do a home measure and create a design for me?

The good news is this is a free service we offer. In order for us to create a design that meets all your requirements, we need to base it on something you like from the products we offer. This is why a showroom visit is so important as a first step; not only does it give you inspiration but it also ensures we can provide something you will love. And don’t worry, this is only a starting point, you don’t have to have everything figured out at this stage.
