Walkhampton Walk

Although happy with their existing kitchen this customer was keen to see if there was something more that could be done to make a real improvement to the space. A fairly compact room, with three existing doors which all needed to stay, it was imperative to make the most of the available space.

The key to achieving this was to remove the meter cupboard, amongst some other serious obstacles, to really open up an under-utilised area of the room.

With this change in dynamics we were able to include an elevated oven to improve access and safety, which then also opened up some extra space to add a dishwasher. We were even able to create an area for a rise and fall worktop which can be positioned at the optimum height for anyone to use.

A bright yet sophisticated and timeless palette really lifts the room. The quartz worktops with undermounted sink and fluted draining grooves makes the most of the worktop space, and the subtle tile effect glass splashbacks pull everything together beautifully.
